We’re looking for a high-energy, mission-driven individual to help independent producers across the Midwest optimize their nutrient management and environmental compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage Nutrient Management Plans
• Support farmers with soil fertility, manure value, and sustainable practices
• Maintain environmental and regulatory compliance documentation
• Build strong relationships through on-farm visits and hands-on support
• Help producers explore new conservation-driven revenue opportunities
• Conduct on-site surveys, verify accurate implementation of Nutrient Management Plans
• Analyze the fertilizer value of applied manure and recommend appropriate utilization strategies
• Manage soil testing schedules, interpret results, support fertility recommendations for producers
• Track manure application activities and provide timely, data-based recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Agronomy, Soil & Crop Science, Animal Science, Ag Engineering—or similar
• Strong agronomic knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building
• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest (day trips + occasional overnights)

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$120,000 base salary, depending on experience
